After the adult class, load mats & equipment into trailer & vehicles ready to take to the venue for setup in the afternoon.

Tournament Setup
Meet at tournament venue (Kuluin State School), unpack mats & equipment. Setup tournament venue ready for competition.
When:
Sat 18 Jul, 4:00pm – 5:00pm
Event Marshal
Check-in competitors, check competitors' equipment, and escort competitors to their ring for competiton
When:
Sun 19 Jul, 8:45am – 3:00pm
Requires: Preferred 18 yrs +, mobile phone to check-in competitors
Table Official
Record scores & results, announce scores & next competitors
When:
Sun 19 Jul, 8:45am – 3:30pm
Requires: 18 yrs + preferred. No experience necessary.
First Aid Officer
Attend to any first aid requirements during, only really required during kumite matches. First aid certificate required. Must be willing to advise referees if a competitor should or should not be continuing with matches (if required).
When:
Sun 19 Jul, 11:00am – 3:00pm
Requires: First Aid Certificate
Tournament Packup
Packup all mats and equipment at the tournament venue, ready for return to the dojo.
When:
Sun 19 Jul, 3:00pm – 4:00pm
Equipment Pack Away
Return all mats and equipment to the dojo and pack away into storage.
When:
Sun 19 Jul, 4:00pm – 4:30pm
